This addition to James Salter's Papers includes essays, a collection of short stories, material for screenplays, and two works of non-fiction. The works present include Salter's recently published collection of short stories, (2005), (2006), written with his wife, Kay; and (2005). Also present are notes, drafts, and correspondence related to Salter's 2002 screenplay, , based on his first novel. The correspondence includes letters written by Salter to his childhood friend Donald Morris, and letters from Salter and his wife to Bridgehapton friends Sheridan and Pamela Lord.
